I have a simple process and that is when the client sits down I tell them that I wish them blessings and that we hope that whoever they would like to come through today does in fact come through or if they have questions about their life or someone in their life that’s having problems I help with that with being guided by spirit.
But when they initially ask if they can record, I say no. When they ask if they can videotape it I say no. The only thing I tell them is: I can’t remember all the information that comes out while I’m conducting a reading so I take notes all throughout the reading and when I’m done, I give the paperwork to the client.

are there times that you meet someone and you are not able to provide a reading for some reason?
Yes. There have been two occasions in 35 years. I’ve thought about this for many years.
1 reading, sadly enough brought through no one. More involved than it sounds.
The other time spirit was focusing on one issue. Though we solved a dilemma, I had nothing left coming through from spirit.
